You’re New Today

Everyday you wake up, rub your eyes a little bit, wipe the cobwebs away, maybe make a few groaning sounds, twist, and finally your feet hit the floor. You’re new today. While you were sleeping, trillions of cells were working overtime, all night, relentlessly rebuilding, repairing, and renewing you. You may have been in dream land but the wisdom of your body was literally upgrading the software of your mainframe computer. From new liver cells, skin, digestive and even heart cells, you rebuild. Of course we all age but our body and more accurately, the life force or energy that runs our body is constantly recreating us. It started before we were even born and continues until we are done on this planet. The one system in our body that is used to coordinate all of this whirlwind of activity is the human nervous system. From the brain, down the spinal cord, out to all the highways and byways of the 50-60 miles of nerves in our body. We are hardwired to systematically thrive. We intrinsically want to be all that we can be. We want to live a full, healthy and of course happy life. We want the same for our families, friends and loved ones. We literally live our lives, consciously and unconsciously through our nervous system, while we are awake, while we are asleep. Similar to a cell phone, the transmitter and then the reception are the most important factors. We literally communicate within our body all the time and making sure our signals are clear is key. Having a optimally functioning spine allows you to have the absolute best communication and clearest signals. When your signals are clear you can rebuild, repair, and renew to the best of your innate ability. From newborns to great grandparents, we all can experience our best. Chiropractic is the vehicle, hop in and enjoy the ride.
